Levels:
Level 1: Let us teach you! No experience is required to be a part of the GMI Team. We will show you techniques and tools to grow your knowledge of the trade and industry. We are excited for you to learn what we love to do.
Level 2: Now that you have some experience, you'll take on more jobsite responsibilities. This might include training and teaching others, learning more advanced trade techniques, and practicing to become a Level 3.
Level 3: You are now proficient in the trade! Others will look to you for guidance on your crew. Keep working and mastering the trade.
Master Level: This is an extreme proficiency in the trade. Your crew will look for you to answer questions, to be a mentor, to teach your craft at a high level. Master Level is not taken lightly. Much is expected because much has been earned.
